Does not look good for Ben Stokes at all. Being called a thug, homophobic, a liar. Reminds me of when Joey Barton got sent down. Looking at the evidence and forgetting he's an international cricketer I can only see him going down for this but will he get what he deserves?
Jury will today begin there deliberations so we could get a verdict very soon.
I think he will get a suspended sentence, fine and community service. What's every one else prediction?

How did he get away with that?
I don't mind him coming back into the team and I do understand that things can escalate on a night out and many get away with it, but there is video evidence here.
I think he should've been punished.
