Double, Treble winning ex-Rangers boss Alex McLeish says Steven Gerrard's Rangers have taken immense strides this season.
The Scotland Manager puts this down to the belief, knowledge and gravitas of Steven Gerrard and Gary McAllister.
To be fair he does praise a number of teams such as Hearts, Hibs and Hamilton and talk positively about their future in the article but i'd like to leave you on his comments about Aberdeen's future.
"and what can you say about the Dons? Derek McInnes has had four years as number two behind Celtic. That augurs well."
How does that augur well If Rangers have taken immense strides this season and just finished behind Aberdeen last season?
Nominations for immense rides also accepted.
Immense Strides.

The bid for Lafferty would suggest not. Though another round or the group stages might open up more options.
Solanke didn't make the match day squad for Liverpool so he's probably available on loan...

I'd agree So Lanky over Solanke.

I think it was that tackle (red all day btw ) that took the wind from Lassa
That's 2 Sundays in a row with 10 men and a Euro game in between and then that tackle really late in the game must have been a sore one to take
I actually think he never came back on after that challenge -could be wrong

I'm not overly keen on lafferty but i'd rather him than solankey. He knows what it's about here so it's a start

Yes, Lafferty is the better option I would say. Amongst other things , he is a big game player and brings another winning mentality to the dressing room, along with mcgregor etc. He knows what playing for a big club like rangers entails.

Probably joint top as they both demonstrated an ability to beat Aberdeen.
