Was the no takers s at 20p not in relation to the offer king must make for the existing shares

Rangers also noted if the resolution was passed, it would spare King having to meet the Takeover Panel requirements of proving he could fund an offer to buy up the rest of the remaining two-thirds of the club's current equity at a cost of some £10.75m.

How on earth does more coffers into Rangers and the repayment of loans to equity again into Rangers demonstrate that King doesn’t need to privately as an individual (there’s the key), meet the requirements of the TOP and then place the funds himself?

If they said that they’ve got it totally wrong.

The club aren’t the ones who broke the rules of the TOP.

Go to the investment centre on the web site
You can make contact with the brokering agency and see
Last I saw they were changing at 29p
You will pay more in fees but if a gift that hardly matters
