Will you lot just shut the feck up

about lack of transfers and stadium delays. Just get behind the team and start supporting the club. So far all I have heard for the past month or so is moan, moan, fecking moan. Yes, I have the odd moan myself at both players and managers, but I don`t keep it up for month after month. It is getting embarrassing now.

I am frankly sick of all this nonsense. Just support the team FFS, and if you don`t want to go to Wembley, don`t go, but please, please stop moaning.

Right Rant Over. Three points against Fulham on Saturday. COYS

I never have as much an issue with CEO's lying/not telling the truth as much as others because it has been proven how hysterical the masses are/can be.

Never said the stadium delay is his problem. My problem is with his blatant lies at his end of season statement. The Spurs supporters trust made a complaint about ticket prices rising and Spurs/Levy responded to that complaint saying prices have risen due to playing in our new stadium this season and us being able to spend money on transfers. It's there in black and beige mate. A.) We have signed no one all summer, so that was 1 lie as the stadium has clearly affected the budget. B.) we still haven't moved stadiums and have no confirmation date, more lies,

is it not possible that stadium over runs and costs of delay / commercial impact of not moving to the new stadium on time have restricted funds available for players since that statement was made?

i am trying to think what benefit levy would have of lieing to the fans... as it would just create anger when the "lie" was revealed......

makes no sense, business or otherwise.....

Chronic, benefit would be fans paying for the tickets mate. If Levy come out honestly and said " right guys, unfortunately this summer we won't be signing anyone and there's a strong possibility our stadium won't be ready for the new season at the start" , do you honestly believe fans would put up with that ? You would see season ticket sales drop like flies. He played a clever game to get fans on board and it's backfired now.

everyone would still have bought a season ticket for the new stadium.

ffs we sold out WHL every single game when we were absolute dross through the whole 90s and early 00s.

how has it backfired? what are the repercussions? a couple of anti levy articles on football forums?

Well clearly backfired mate if we are desperately trying to find a home venue for city. If they were honest about it to the supporters and to everyone, we wouldn't be in this mess. Play half the season at Wembley and cut season tickets in half as a gesture, what ever. But honestly would go a long way.

and apart from Fulham game, didn't the club say that anyone who doesn't buy tickets for the Wembley games thereafter would be refunded cash rather than given a credit on their account?

personally i have no interest going to Wembley this season to watch spurs, unless its in the latter stages of a cup competition, and i will be waiting for the new stadium.

Wembley can fack off.

We actually agree on something mate. Had a ticker lined up for Liverpool and refusing it now. My brother selling his season ticket Wembley games to. No way will I pay my money for that place, unless it's a cup semi or final
