I’m talking about the Atleti who did indeed sign players last summer but were banned from registering them due to a transfer ban.

My honest answer is I don't know at this stage. I want to see how the season unfolds first.

It’s frustrating we can’t afford to keep up with united city and Chelsea but things are being put in place to help us even the field.
