It`s embarrassing really for the OP trying to WUM a side that has finished above Liverpool for eight of the last nine seasons. Bit like a Burnley fans trying to WUM Liverpool fans.

I mean a midfield of Milner, Henderson and Wilbumjum is really going to frighten the rest of the league. Laughable why they think they have a sniff at the top four with that midfield, let alone the delusion that they may win a title.

Dangermong do you not think our defence has improved since we signed VVD? It’s safe to say Alisson is an improvement on both Karius and Mignolet. Yes it’s too early to say whether yeh likes of Fabinho and Keita will hit the ground running.

One thing we can definitely say has improved is the strength in depth of the squad which was lacking at the tail end of last season.

marginal depth improvement, not really significant

alisson is an addition but still having karius on the books isnt depth in quality
keita and fabinho just replace AOC and Can
Shaq adds depth but still seriously light up top if you get unlucky with injuries.

its an if though.
