I always thought Klavan was a stop gap player while Klopp took stock. He was actually really poor and didn’t really adjust to the Premier League for me.

I think Klopp has real faith in Gomez, but even given Lovren can do a job I think we look a little short in the CB. Maybe Klopp is thinking Fabinho/Wij/Hendo could slot in ????

I think Klopp is at an all time high for Liverpool. He has the chance to develope young players like Gomez and Phillips but at the same time bring in VVD and Keita. There has to be a balance and he’s now got the full backing of the owners which is a joy to see.

Karius and Klavan were the closest thing to the Crankies. Be serious here.

Honestly, if United put Fellaini up along with one of your own choice, maybe Billy Hoyle, then KK would always brick fastest. Even with Fellaini in opposition. Be real here?

Keita - still not seen him play a full match, but I’m easily convinced and after reading your board I now consider him the best box-to-box midfielder on the planet, so losing Klavan is an upgrade whatever position Karius plays.

Fabinho won’t touch the sides of the whole Keita has filled that KK left, but he will do well to fit in.

Actually i used to call Moreno and Mignolet the chuckle brothers.....i was screaming early on to get rid of them. So many errors every SINGLE game.

It was so frustrating watching us score a brilliant 20 move glorious goal then 5 mins later watch as Moreno went walkabout and a cross came in and migs flapped....1-1.

So weak with mig and moreno in, opposition used to target those two and get goals....thank fk they have been ousted.
