Reports are we have a squad close to fully fit. Lafferty a slight doubt after picking up a knock on international duty.
Rossiter was even pictured in training Coulibaly and Dorrans also both been training with the squad which are big positives for me.
Grezda is also in training but this game will probably come too early for him although he could get a place on the bench.

F@ck knows about Dorrans. He started well then got injured then he was utter scheidt. Not sure if it was that he was still carrying a knock but it didn't look that way. Looked like he just wasn't interested.
I'm not overly keen on keepers being captain either but I'd still prefer him to Tav being captain.

I wonder if Gerrard will try a three man CB defence. That would let Tav and Barisic have a free reign on the wings. I'm not suggesting this for Saturday but could be a decent shout.
Grezda can apparently work on either wing so give him a free role.

Aye McAuley should only ever be called upon in a proper emergency. Guy hasn't played in months and at his age will take weeks to get anywhere near match fitness.

Nice to see our subs bench looking stronger and with options to possibly change the game etc. Big improvement on last year.
It will be interesting to see if the international break has helped us. I thought we were beginning to look tired during the last 3 away games motherwell, russian team and celtic.
Good news about our injured players returning soon. Helps with our squad during what is a pretty busy period, with 7 games in just over 3 weeks.
Glad to have club football back!

I think Rangers will probably play 3 at the back more often with Worrall in and maybe even rotating Goldson and Katic out a bit with him there

I think three CBs could work very well, especially with Tav's defending! It'll give Tav and Barisic a lot more freedom to attack and would be part of a pretty flexible formation.
