I've got free gym memberships for exercise 4 less as my mate manages the one in town (used to be destiny night club which I miss deeply)
Problem is I go, meet him and then undo all the good work in the boozer

It’s exercise 4 less I joined in Cumbernauld
They have plenty equipment so all good
