our attacking play

i have to say over the last 3 games our attacking play has been a lot better.

quicker, more decisive and creating boat loads of chances.

last 3 games we should of come in at half time 3-0.

i think fellaini playing as the anchor has allowed the two full backs to really push up and offer width which in turn allows the 2 inverted forwards so much more time and space. i hope shaw carries on when he gets back and Dalot turns into the real deal as Valencia numerous times got the ball and just stopped.

never been fellaini's biggest fan but if his inclusion allows the full backs to push on and create more space and we continue to create what we are i'll be very happy.

They’re not tired, Benji is chatting his usual shiiit

you get that from one of your ITK sources? think youve chatted the most amount of sh*te on this site in history and that includes GB, RDD and sandy combined you pleb
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think everyone reading your comment about footballers hunched together as a sign of being knackered is considered more as shiiit pal.

if you who im thinking you are (arab) then ive lost count of how many of your trusted reporter friends rumours youve posted as ITK only for them to turn out to be utter bollox.

considering the amount football pogba has played without rest and matic straight back into the fold after injury im glad it seems youre also doing a medical degree to tell me that our footballers cant get tired.

cheers kid.

There is still little cohesion and seemingly no real plan in terms of how to open teams up.

We are pressing better, which is treat to see.

The approach has been better but I still find our attacking play quite predictable and individualistic. Thing is we’ve seen this sort of thing at the start of both the previous seasons before reverting to a more negative approach in general.

This

Also Fellaini as the anchor will work against some teams. When we start playing teams that know how to pass the ball, that anchor becomes a dead weight

If Fellaini can keep this going, the Matic red card may be an opportunity for Fred (or God knows Andreas) can pair with Pogba to liven up our attack even a bit more. If we had Shaw and Young instead of Toni maybe we come out with 4 goals, as we'd have some crosses hitting home instead of where they did.

Fellaini pivotal in the laat two games

.............

And here is one of the issues.

For all intents and purposes Groot is playing as a third CB.

And I don't think this is a good tactic at all. Yes he kept Deeney quiet. But that should have be Mike's job.

I think playing 2 DM's would be overkill against Young Boys, so Matic being out isn't the worst thing.

Herrera if fit or Fred to come in along side Pogba and Fellaini.

Martial or Rashford (or both) into one of the wide roles.

Matic isn’t out for Young Boys.

Yep, I don’t rate Matic.

I know, neither do I. He played really well in his first two months but has been utterly kak pretty much since.
