Brendan Rodgers

Needs to have a good look at what's going on with us.

We are ponderous and predictable with very little creativity and as a result we don't score many goals. And it's not new, much of last season was the same.

I see parallels with Ronny Daila, the only real difference is the amount of trophies won which in Rodgers case is hugely impressive, and the ability to lift our game when we really need to.

However week in week out it makes for difficult viewing.

In BR's first season we were relentless. We played a high press and had too much pace and power for anyone in Scotland to cope with. Now we spend half the game passing the ball sideways along our back 4. How many times has Brendan came our and said we were too slow in the first half of a game? I've lost count.

Consecutive trebles is a fantastic achievement. When we play domestic games that really matter we never lose. I get all that.

But is it enough if most of the time it's awful to watch?
