OH Leuven fans protest against Pearson

Looks like it’s not going well for Big Nige. The pre season title favourites sit bottom of the Belgian second division after 7 games and the fans have had enough. Over 100 supporters (which is like 10,000 for us) protested by refusing to take their seats until the 13th minute and then chanted for Pearsons head throughout the game.

He didn’t exactly have a great time at Derby either - what is it with Pearson that has seen him struggle so badly since his days at Leicester?

The lack of his number 2 was a big loss to him. Like Peter Taylor (not that one) to Clough.

Not the same without his sidekick.

I’m wondering that Mersey. He seemed to do very well with Walsh and Shakespeare. When you take those two away he hasn’t got a track record anywhere really.

Ranieri showed instantly that he was a far better manager than Pearson was tactically, before it all went spectacularly wrong

Anything symbolic about the number thirteen?

It appears there may be an issue with internal politics there - King Power don't seem to have had the welcome they got at Leicester City, particularly from within. But either way it looks like they need a fresh start and a clearout, and that Pearson needs to be amongst that.

Or do what I've suggested for ages and send them Andy King on loan.
