Even the most faithful Arsenal fans cannot be inspired by yet another lackluster display by the Gunners? After being totally outplayed by a mediocre Everton team in the first half they salvaged themselves with a spectacular shot and an obviously off-side goal. This is a team that seems to lack passion and also seems to have trouble getting started. Today they could/should have been down 2-0 at half-time, and the same could be said for the game against WHU a few weeks ago!
They have a manager who still does not seem to know his best starting line-up. Plus we have highly paid players who can't pass the ball. Unbelievable how many bad passes today. To the Arsenal fans who have been calling for Peter Cech's head, it is interesting that he was Arsenal's BEST players today!
Yes, a win is a win, but not too much to get excited about with this Arsenal side right now.
A win is a win, is a win..........

I've not been that impressed with our performances and think there's a lot of work to do in stabilising our defence, getting better coordination and cohesion in the midfield, and getting more fluency when we attack.
However, we've won 5 on the bounce which I don't think we did at all last season under Wenger, so it's good that we can get results.
We still have a lot of improvements to make though.

We have two of the best creative players in football - one of whom is a World Champion.

Ozil and ???

Mkhitaryan.
The guy posted 30+ assists in his last season at Dortmund.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How's he done so far in the Prem?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He’s been up and down.
But he’s still bagged a fair few assists and scored some nice goals, including in big games vs United, Chelsea, Spurs, Milan & Ajax (in the Europa Final).
I remember his hat-trick of assists in the 5-1 vs Everton as well last season.

You lot are mad, I'm very happy with Emery so far. We should continue to grow stronger as time goes on.
We are approaching each game now as if we have a plan. Building from the back and attacking effectively. The game management in last half hour was pretty decent, I never really felt like Everton would get anything from the game. We wasted a lot of time just keeping the ball at end.
It was actually quite a boring match in a good way. Uneventful, routine but effective. Can't remember the last time I watched us do that. United under fergie won games like this

Lol.
We have two forwards who have scored almost 200 goals between them in just over 3 seasons.
We have a new coach who’s bagged 10 titles in his young career so far and coached the likes of Neymar & Mbappe.
We have two of the best creative players in football - one of whom is a World Champion.
We’ve got rid of the stink of Wenger and actually have some purpose, drive, and above all else... hope.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hope is for those who can't control their own destiny. Let's all HOPE that Chelsea, Liverpool, Man U., Man C. and Spurs lose 10-12 games this season! Let's Hope and HOPE and HOPE!

Emery aint a miracle worker, it will take time to fix the mess Wenger left.
Even master Pep at City took a year to get things right and he took over an already good squad and had unlimited funds.
