I have been playing this more and more.

I am getting well and truly fed up with the defending on this. They have almost ruined any sort of skill with defending in previous games because they have made it far too easy. This is making it far more frustrating to attack knowing that your shot will be blocked, good passes will be intercepted or the keeper will come to the opponents rescue when through 1v1.

Last season it was impossible to intercept, now its interceptions left, right and centre. They are almost spiting players because they just can't get the balance right at all with these concerns.

I can't get my head round the pace of the defenders, I was clean through with mbappe and still got caught by pique

Yeah they have got the balance wrong with pace when running with the ball as well

I liked last years game tbf. I thought by the end the gameplay was the best the games has ever been.

This FIFA - and I am admittedly a fan boy - is absolutely f*cking shambolic. I am disgusted with the game.

I don't mind them making the attacking harder - which I always did think was a bit too overpowered. Yet the defending is obscene. Impossible to do anything once a defender is within a meter of you. Defending used to be an art on that game.

Is there a game mechanic for seasons as well you reckon?

I don't really like the "mentors" thing in the Alex Hunter gamemode either. Seems impossible t o get your teammates to like you

Anyone played as red star on the competition mode yet? I lost 5-0 vs PSG but somehow made 50m?!?

Similarly went as Liverpool and got really easy draws and every decision went my way. Though when I was drawn against Madrid salah disappeared from the squad?
