There must be a statto out there who could tell us the last time neither of us have not won away from home at the start of a league campaign?

I am one of the older posters on here that first went to the games in 70s when I was pretty young I hasten to add.

There was so much mindless hooliganism back then , glad a lot of that has been removed from all our clubs supports.

Getting back to yesterdays game itself, what a feeling poor performance. It looked from the first 20 mins that the attitude was wrong. I am trying to work out was it
A/ the players not wanting to injure themselves on that dodgy pitch.( Possible)
B/ the players holding back , saving themselves for Thursday night ( unlikely you would hope).
C/ too many changes to the high scoring teams of recent weeks ( possible but concerning if so)
D/ our players under estimated Livingston, thought they could put a mediocre performance in and pick up the points. ( Possible, if so Gerrard needs to sort it out asap)
E/ does Gerrard know how to set us up properly and fire us up for away games in the spfl ,vwhen teams are going at us like it's a cup final. ( I am having some doubts).
F/ are we still lacking a strong spine to our team under Gerrard, that would give us a winning mentality home and away ( more than likely after recent away performances ).
G/ we have a bunch of inconsistent performers that can't perform to a high level on a regular basis. ( Sort it out Gerrard, find your best 11).

P1ss poor. Will be interesting to see the reaction in the next 2 games and our next away fixture.

As an aside when I was 14/15 a few of my mates went to a big cluvyvs little club match and has saved up 2p coins to throw at the ref. At least two of them are police officers now and one is cid.

We went to the pre season friendly in Sheffield last season and a can’t who had taken up a spare seat in our bus threw a bottle during the game, it never hit anyone and an ex Celtic pksyer(cannot remember his name) made a joke of it and tok the sting out of it

We got back to the bus after the game and the can’t got leathered and was left lying on the ground in Sheffield, fookin nitjob
I wouldn’t hesitate to report the bastirts

Utter pash from us yesterday

Passing it to death on edge of their box then putting it wide to tav or Barisic who put it in high which is easy meat for the big livi defenders.

At least Middleton recognised this and put some low balls in but as Gerrard says , we could have played all day and not scored. First time I’ve seen Morelos not get any success out of a back 4 domestically. He got absolutely no note of success against them. Fair play to livi, they battled for everything and deserved their win
