Match facts
Leeds have won their last two home league games against Brentford in the previous two seasons, winning both 1-0.
Brentford have not lost consecutive league matches against Leeds since December 1950.
Leeds (22 points) have made their best start to a league season since 2009-10 in the third tier, when they won 27 points from the first 11 games, eventually sealing promotion.
Brentford are winless in seven away league games (D4 L3), since a 1-0 win at Nottingham Forest in April.
Seven of Leeds' last eight league goals have been scored in the second half of games. Only West Brom (19) have scored more after the interval than Leeds (13) in the Championship this season. <wow>
Brentford have scored more goals in the opening 45 minutes of games this season than any other Championship side (10).

There it is then, Brentford looking to improve on their Away form and us looking to improve on our Home form
Time to take our chances methinks a nice 2-0 win to send the Best Fans in the World home happy with Alioski to silence his critics and Dallas to score ...…..

Maid, I think you, Pontus, the team, club, and every fan of LUFC, and generally, those who want fairness in football, totally agree with you. You and we have every right to be massively fooked off.

impressed with brentford today. they dealt with the press very well and played some good football. but in the end they needed a corrupt ref and a really good save at the end to get a point.we have to start a winning streak now so that these draws will prove to be very valuable.

Dermott Gallagher trying to defend the ref on Sky. The presenter doesn't exactly seem convinced. Even the cameraman shouts 'dive' for the penalty.

What is the nonsense about those two red card challenges being similar? Ayling has clipped their player and yes, deserves to go.

The other guy has come in studs up and late and got nowhere near the ball. Different fouls and both deserving a second yellow.

Referee is having a laugh if he thinks those were justified decisions.

Law 12, Fouls and Misconduct, discussing advantage when there has been misconduct:

"Advantage should not be applied in situations involving serious foul play, violent conduct or a second cautionable offence unless there is a clear opportunity to score a goal."

Leeds have been asked to provide observations over the coins and missiles thrown at Neal Maupay after his penalty. Nothing been said yet about Pontus Jansson's post-match comments.
