What changes do you like the most made by Unai Emery?
For me simple things such as
1) Preparing tactics and strategy according each team, rather than same old 10+ year decade tactics...
2) Even simple thing such as timing of the subs : Gone are the days supporters crying for early substitution and being fed up of 75 min sub...
3) Players look well drilled and seems to be improving under him (still gelling phase)
4) His transfers despite very few amount being used has been vital in improving the squad.
5) Very involved and proactive in the game with the players....Not static man trying to fix his jumper in the bench.
Other members (added)
1) Subs, as you've mentioned.
2) SHOOTING. Players aren't afriad of shooting from range or awkward angles anymore. Wenger was famous for encouraging players not to take long range shots.
3) Giving players like Iwobi and Smith Rowe the confidence they need to play their game. That's not the first time Iwobi has shattered ankles this season.
4) Seeing the need for a player like Torreira.
5) Playing to players' strengths (e.g. not relying on a carthorse like Xhaka to man the entire DM zone by himself)
6) Attempting to press
7) Not been scared to drop poor performing players.
8) And the improvement in the players such as Iwobi, Bellerin, Xhaka
9) Not afraid to drop poor performers
10) His subs always seem on point. I actually questioned the subs today and turned out to be completely wrong
11) The coaching. I assume it’s the coaching anyway, because he has improved the likes of Iwobi, Lacazette, Bellerin, Xhaka, Mustafi, Holding, even Cech since joining the club plus Welbeck
12) Match management. This is the key difference for me. The last two home matches were pretty boring to be honest. After we went up there was no real hope for the other team. We now know how to kill games off and waste time etc. Very refreshing than the franticness we are used to. It's a real important trait that top teams have
13) How we build our attacks. We used to build attacks by winging it. There was no clear purpose or tactic. Now you can tell there is a game plan. Get it to the back. Build from back out to the wings cut back in overlap.
Excellent
Unai Emery

Xhaka looks like a different player to last season I cannot fathom what happened to the poor lad last season. Mustafi and Bellerin too look like they have kicked out their weaknesses etc and Leno must start not Cech although Cech is good backup.

You are kidding right? Xhaka and mustafi have been very suspect this season. Against Watford and Everton they made key errors that better teams would have punished.
Why is their so much rose tinted Ness at the moment it's nice to have all this positivity but the more you build us up to false levels the more you're gonna moan when we drop a point

Xhaka has cut out the blithering idiot mistakes of late in fairness to him. Still don't think he offers much, surely we can improve on him?

The new manager is exactly what the team needed reminds me very much of wenger coming in and adding flair to the defensive strength that was already there. This time we have added discipline and match management to the existing flair from wenger. We should hit the perfect blend this season and for next few years like when wenger joined
1. Match management. This is the key difference for me. The last two home matches were pretty boring to be honest. After we went up there was no real hope for the other team. We now know how to kill games off and waste time etc. Very refreshing than the franticness we are used to. It's a real important trait that top teams have
2. Subs and tactical tweaks. Wengers style was very much to let the team deal with the ebbs and flow of a game. It worked with world class winners like the invincibles but not with this new breed of talented but naive players. Emery tweaks are nearly always spot on.
3. How we build our attacks. We used to build attacks by winging it. There was no clear purpose or tactic. Now you can tell there is a game plan. Get it to the back. Build from back out to the wings cut back in overlap.
There are loads more but I'm impressed. Not with the results as they are pretty similar to what we are used to but the fact he has managed to implement new changes and we still look as good if not better. Very good early signs, hope we can kick on now

1. Subs: at the right time, the right players
2. Torreira, sort of player we needed way earlier in this team
3. Some players raise their games massively. Among them is for sure Iwobi. Hope Özil finds a way to keep his game up.
It's not all good under Emery but slowly with the wins we are getting better and playing with more freedom. We continue to concede silly goals.

Yeah well done. Now read what I wrote again, carefully this time.

A decade is ten years so having them both in the same sentence seems pretty moot.

"He has cut out the blithering idiot mistakes recently"
No, he hasn't.

When was the last time he made one? Genuinely asking, if I've forgotten, fair play.
