Sunday roast?

Good afternoon, was just wondering if everyone still has the traditional Sunday roast on Sunday?
My son and I both love the roast dinners and get our way the majority of the time, where as my wife and daughter enjoy things like spag bowl and chicken fajitas the latter were having today.
Doesn’t feel right with no roast and a glass of red.

So basically you have to make fantastic gravy to hide the blandness of the turkey!

I mean I can and do eat it, but I prefer chicken or lamb.

Once every 2 or 3 weeks, if it were every week wouldnt enjoy it as much. Other weeks could be chilli or cottage pie etc. Love a good chilli with red wine.

I've never understood why you don't see roast chicken on a menu. This with all the trimmings would be a big seller.
