Got to say our fans were superb throughout, never been at an away game where the home fans were taken the p1ss out of so much. I was at the league game the other week as well, always nice to beat those lot at their own rented back yard twice in two weeks.
My highlight of last night was the very loud "Is that Mark Noble?" chant after the second pitch invader ran on wearing a Halloween mask.
Wasn't a bad performance all things considered. Eriksen, Son and Winks played some nice one touch stuff at times. Son played very well in particular, as did Foyth and Sanchez.
Need to get past Arsenal now, which I think we will, and then hope we draw the winner of Middlesbrough v Burton.

A bench of Lamela, Moura, Toby, Trips, Skipp, sissoko & davies gives us some decent options

All for changes but not at Lamela' s expense. He missed that one against city but has been really productive in front of goal and for me he wasn't dropped last night but rested so keeps his place

I like that 11 but cant see Poch playing it away from home vs a decent side. One Of Lamela, Dele, Eriksen or Son wont start in front of winks. That midfield will get over run

i agree, but it wouldnt if we played it right. Dele and Eriksen have to play, and Son gives us some pace, he's also capable of putting a scoring run together with is important for us. Lamela would be my choice to give way for Winks

Really tough call on the front 4 now. (assuming 4 - 2 - 3 -1).
Lamela, Dele, Eriksen, Son, Moura, Kane. 2 miss out. Tough to decide which 2. Good problem to have.
2 in the middle we have 5 options:
Winks, Dembele, Dier, Wanyama, Sissoko.
And that's probably my order of preference.

Wanyama is a broken man, might have to be let go but he could go somewhere else and start ripping it up again. Gutted Dembele is not the same player, needs replacing and another passing player signed in there as well, Winks is still improving we need quality.
Happy with the forward options if they can keep themselves fit, still think we could use a 7th player fighting for those 4 spots though.

I thought there was a refreshing return to that high energy/ Press from the Front, Especially Winks, Son & Dele and a few playing as though they had something to prove.... Foyth, Sanchez, Aurier & KWP. It made a nice change from that rather slow, plodding & predictable stuff we have seen from the likes of Dembele, Dier, Trips and Davies recently.
Theres no question we have a talented squad I think a bit of complacency has crept in (Using the stadium as an excuse ????). I sometimes wonder whether Poch pushes them as hard as someone like Pep (not physically) but in terms of their ability to improve.
Having a fit Eriksen makes so much difference, that contract can't get done quick enough.... Best player at the club by miles (sorry Harry)

In most parts, second that.
Hopefully, the players who showed certain level of complacency have been given a dress rehearsal by Poch and his staff
Lack of real commitment to press and chase balls.
Trippier the biggest guilty in my view.
Aurier and Foyth should come in for the next game.
Winks has improved remarkably and so has Sissoko.
Eriksen is the tick-tock clock that makes the team tick.
The triangle of Eriksen Alli Son were devastating yesterday.
These are attacking players and the only way they know how to play is by attacking
Wanyama looked slow and kept telegraphing his passes even to the nearest satellite!
When he wants to pass to a team mate he almost swivels and face the team mate???
And sometimes he even gets closer to pass!
Son looks comfortably taking the lead from Kane for scoring
Alli needs games but still affects the attack

No dress rehearsal...A dress down!

Could Spurs finally do it and go all the way?
