If you accept the high end of his estimate then technically it could be argued that it falls within the 70-80 parameters.

Btw..my brother told me a great wee story last night.

In the 60's him and his mate went to Blackpool for a weekend. They met a couple of young ladies and decided to stay an extra day.
His mate needed an extra shirt and, because they were short of cash, decided to shoplift...something he'd never done before.
Anyway...he nicked a plain white shirt.
They were walking along the front the next day and his mate was wearing the stolen plain white shirt when two coppers appear.
The brother says 'here's the polis comin. You better hide that shirt'
Whereupon his mate buttons his coat all the up and pulls up his collar'
