Of course clubs won’t agree.

That’s not the point. Our glorious leaders should be putting it out as a general rule and let the clubs fwcking deal with it.

The last time the scot gov tried to implement rules in Scottish fitbaw for naughty behaviour there was revolt and they had to rip it up
