Why is this site not operating with an SSL Certificate and HTTPS?
It's pretty much inexcusable for any site offering Login and storing/transmitting sensitive information not to do so these days.
I realise you are not processing payments or credit card information here but even if you don't want to fork out hundreds of pounds for a certificate with 256-bit encryption you can get one for free with services like: https://letsencrypt.org/
It took me less than 10 minutes to configure the above on Nginx recently.
