Spurs will be looking for their

seventh away win in eight away games tomorrow, which is title winning form, and their best away start since 1961. Four successive away wins, and I expect Spurs to make it five tomorrow. Haven`t a clue what sort of team Poch is going to put out tomorrow, I doubt he has, but nevertheless I am going to put up a team.

Spurs without being at their best, are still grounding out results, against any but the best, and to play the best you need your absolute top players on the pitch at the same time, something Spurs have not been able to do all season. Nevertheless considering Spurs are supposed to have a very weak squad, it is standing up well in three competitions.

Possible team for tomorrow, although I doubt Poch will pick it.

Lloris
Aurier
Sanchez
Toby
Davies
Winks
Sissoko
Eriksen
Dele
Moura
Kane

Plenty going forward, and plenty of energy in midfield. Another three points before yet another pointless International Break would be welcome. And maybe then a few of the injured players may be back for the Chelsea game, the week after.

Looks good, I think Trippier and Lamela will start ahead of Aurier and Dele though. Poch has spoken a lot about managing Dele’s fitness, and Lamela is in great form with a decent rest on Tuesday.

Lloris
Trippier-Sanchez-Toby-Davies
Sissoko-Winks-Eriksen
Lamela-Kane-Moura
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Dier returned to training this week and i think he'll start. Other than that i agree with the line up which needs a bit of strength & energy against this dangerous Palace team.

I’d start Sissoko and task him to double up against Zaha with what ever RB is playing.

Stop Zaha, stop Palace

That’s good form.

Thing is Zaha is playing quite centrally ATM.

He was up top on his own vs Chelsea. Haven't seen Palace other than that game. Townsend looked lively too. They're a decent team but we should get at that defence a few times. Just depends how clinical we are. Kane should be confident after midweek so that makes me confident too.

Him and Townsend are playing as a front two but Zaha drifts more left and Townsend more right.

"Title winning form" in a era that Didn't contain Man City. Good form yes, Especially given all the issues...... Title winning form.... Pull the other one.... This aint 1961
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Much easier these days to accumulate points than back in 1961 mate, when the league was far, far more competitive. Even Spurs lost at home to Newcastle who were relegated that season, could you see Man City losing at home to Cardiff. The league now is about as uncompetitive as it has been in its whole history. You may as well just have a six team league. Spurs are very much in a title race this season. Season does not end in early November. Man City are decent, but as I said the league is very weak now, making them look much better than teams in previous eras.
