Arsenal, Chelsea and United all dropping points. Spurs win away. Wheat being sorted out from the chaff as the season progresses. Come the New Year, I expect a straight bun fight for the title between Spurs and City. Liverpool hanging on in there, with the help of the refs, but they are showing signs of having peaked for the season. They won`t last much past the New Year in my opinion.
Spurs are quietly going about their business, picking up the points, going under the radar, as per usual, not playing anywhere near their best. Already played twice as many away games as at home. Going to be an absolute bonus going into the New Year with so many home games to play. The so called weak squad is doing the business. Whether you win 1-0 or 6-0 you still only get three points.
The pivotal game will be the game at the Etihad, April 20, will probably be a title decider. A bit of a wait for that one, but it will soon come around.
Now we have yet another pointless International Break until the next round of Prem games.
Sorry Don, didn`t notice you had put up a similar article.
Decent weekend for Spurs

Didn't know Spurs were in a bake off competition?

Liverpool were a bit fortunate too
First the goal should stood for Fulham, the advantage should always go to the attacking side on borderline decisions, secondly their keeper didn't stop the ball to play the "offside" but straight away played it long while ball is moving. Salah's goal should've been ruled out and the offside for LIverpool shoud have been retaken.
Is this a case of officials doing their bit for Liverpool?
It seems at Anfield, officials find it difficult to give anything to oppositions.
Just saying, I was watching the game and I could see that Liverpool once they got the final ball right woul walk away with the game but couldn't form any meaningful attack so this decision has helped them to settle down and knew Fulham would have to come out and open up.
I am questioning the officials today.

Yet last week had a perfectly good goal chalked off at the Emirates
Officials aren't always doing their bit for Liverpool, despite the rubbish people make up to suit

Sandy is still a Spurs optimist at heart. even though he said he'd joined the Realists Club
Truth of the matter is that the Premiership is a very close competition and any club can lose to any other club on any given day. Only ManCity seem to be in a league of their own. And a couple of key injuries may well change that!
I think Spurs best chance for silverware this season is that old FA Tin Pot. But there again, with Trippier and Davies as backs, I would not place any money on it .... not even a Sandy Penny.
If we get Vertonghen back, and keep Toby in good form, and have no more injuries, and Pochettino doesn't make any stupid substitutions, we may yet prevail to win something this season.
And if we don't, I hate to think of the problems Daniel Levy is going to have on his hands, just keeping the best players and our manager here for next season

This is what happens when 80% of officials give Pool the benefit of doubt, either that or there are some seriously bent referees out there.
It is staggering the amount of favour they get from the referees and linespeople. It happens every season as well, though of course the Saltypudlians will argue the complete opposite in a lame attempt to deflect away attention from their regular and almost weekly good fortune.
