What is it with him? It's one step forward, one step back. Every time he plays really well and shows what he can offer, he then follows up with a 'mare. I thought he was truly awful yesterday. Any ideas why this keeps happening?

Vc called the immobile midfield yesterday although once you saw who was playing stevie wonder could have told you what was going to happen.

Quite how any Premier Manager let alone one who has won stuff like Jose thinks playing Matic and Fellaini in midfield agianst City is a good idea beggars belief.

Fred must be absolutely diabolical in training to not even get any time on the pitch with the options in midfield that are available.
Either that or he's doing a Zaha with Mourinho's daughter.

Spit roast with Pereira on the other end who is sending snapchats of it to Jose whilst also texting his missus.

Much like Pereira he just isnt very good and lacks a position.

How many games have you actually seen Pereira play and which games were they?

I think Pereira's best position is actually beside the DM in a 4-2-3-1 in the Pirlo role. First saw him years ago in pre season in that position and it looks ideal for him, can take the ball under pressure, arguably as good a passing range as any other midfielder we have, can beat a man, has decent turn of pace and can shoot from long range.

I used to watch him in the ressies and awful lot tbf.
I watched him a few times in Spain and also at Utd a few times.
He's just not that good. Quite good at a lot of things, excels at nothing, and doesn't have a nailed down position due to his mish mash skill set. He's got a good first touch and the ability to manipulate a ball but he won't be having a stellar career.
What do you feel his position is and what do you disagree with?

Didn't even know Herrera was on the pitch, he was that anonymous
I thought he had been brought on at half-time and that was only because I realised he was being subbed off in the second.
With exception of Martial and Rashford whom I think would both flourish under Guardiola, I can't think of another United player who I would want at City.

He’s just an inconsistent player. He’s proven this his entire time at the club.
