Utd won a couple easy games (and struggled to do it) and beat a wasteful Juventus but hanging in and then taking advantage (and fair play to them for doing that)

IT was crisis what crisis?

And when that stuff happens we LFC fans have hard won experience of the inevitable crash that follows.

Utd were half decent v city for a while. They passing wasn't too bad first half but second half utd were not even bale to get up the pitch.




the article is not even that bad, its a click bait headline.

I think we all know that Mourinho knows he was spoofing his hardest. He can't say the better team won so he brings up a number of things that excuse his team not being able to stick with city.

If a game away to bournemouth is now arduous... well...

Anyway... utd are well adrift at this point and trending towards 63 points in prem. Thats not going to be within 8-10 points of 4th place and thats the problem here.

We all know city will win the title. its just looking that way right now so to be beaten 3-1 is not disasterous away form home to city. most of the league will be.... utd just can't afford to lose any games right now.

Only a couple said that we were going to batter them or we will definitely win etc. The others were optimistic but not arrogant, which is fine.

So some people thought Liverpool might beat Madrid.
Not sure you can describe that as being delusional.
Before the Liverpool Madrid final, many people outside of those who support the club, thought Liverpool stood a great chance of beating Madrid, they didnt, but thats football.
As for the comments from Mourinho, there are many different reasons why hes probably said what hes said, but I doubt any of them are due to him being delusional.

Its extremely delusional to think that Liverpool fans were delusional to hope they could beat Madrid.

If Neverton made it to a CL final, or even a community shield, Arouna would hope against all odds. Hypocrite.

Spurs beat madrid dont see why liverpool cant beat them.
