House of cards

The toxic abomination that is Brexit is unraveling the government.

2 major resignations already and may will get torn to shreds in parliament.

May to be gone by the end of the day?

Brexit what a national disaster and embarrassment.

The UK needs around 230k extra people a year to keep the economy growing at the same rate.

Whether these people are from Eu or extra EU thu are needed and will arrive.

Yes will be low skilled there as well as all parts of the economy need to grow.

Yes, we need immigration, and there are positives.

Yes, some brits are lazy and workshy....a fact remain supporters and Tory elites agree on.

Rapid demographic change also has negatives....lack of community cohesion and pressure on schools, hospitals, housing, and some unskilled work.

National identity and sense of belonging are affected as whole areas change in a few short years.

Same around the world when change comes quickly to any nation, town or group.

Human nature.

There is a reason why Southall is largely indian, while other areas may be West Indian, white English, white Irish, northvAfrican, Polish, Chinese, Turkisn, middle eastern etc.

In two decades there will be 3.5 b people in Africa and middle East and many will want to move here.

What number should we let in?

There are no cohesive arguments for Brexit. Literally the Turkeys have voted for Christmas

Relying on the lame, sick and lazy British. That's not a future

You need immigration....there is a net positive to having EU immigration however all that will happen now is more Non EU immigration. This is the immigration that we've always been able to control!

Yet, what we've actually done is control this badly, taking in basically friends & family, allow thousands of students from overseas each year to pay into the Universities coffers & study at bogus colleges. We've ended up offering more and more people a lower standard of education and stood by as many people have just disappeared into society and pushed on our services

But it's all the EU's fault

Labelling your neighbours and countrymen and women as sick, lazy and lame?Brilliant motivational speaker😉

If people have been stupid then sometimes you just need to say it

There are far too many snowflakes out there and far too many have been given ready made excuses for what they haven't taken responsibility for

If you flunked school, if you couldn't be bothered, if you can't get out of bed, be reliable, hold down a job and stop expecting the world to owe you something then you have a chance

You can't hide and blame other people who come to try and make a life for themselves and family by working hard and bettering themselves

It's about responsibility frankly, there is too little of it, making a hundred and one excuses for everything

Our societal issues are not the fault of the EU!

If you just come out with irrational statements that have no basis on reality or basic common sense economics like 'we'll be able to get better deals' then expect to be mocked because you aren't providing any coherent argument as to why that would happen

Repeating the rubbish spoken by Eurosceptic tories, the Daily Mail & Express and chancers like Boris who is only interested in trying to become Prime Minister and will literally **** over the whole country to do then sorry but you are a fool, its a shame but you are kidding yourself

I back remain now and a vote on the final deal.

Pretty much agree with what you said there. While some will point out immigration/racism for the leave vote, I think for many is was just a way of being heard - conscious or subconscious.

Many people are facked off and this vote was a way to 'get something back', however misplaced their intentions were.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
As you said before, leave voters often aimed their wrath at brussels, when globalism, neo liberaism, Tory and socialist had let them down.

That said, how the European union operates with Greece,,Italy,,Poland,,Hungary and Spain raises legitimate concerns....dictating to members, forcing Greek austerity, trying to stop Italian budgets, making Irish vote again on Lisbon, and now treating the UK like dirt.

Guys such as Tusk, Juncker, barnier and Verhofstadt are pretty nasty little Hitler types......unelected and openly hostile towards the UK who helped create and fund their expansionist superstate....now to get a new army.

A lot of the people who voted based on immigration thought they were also voting to get rid of Asylum Seekers, and basically other non white immigrants. In the run up Heard countless people interviewed and talking about how people from places like Pakistan had taken away the British culture etc. I was always amazed the interviewer never corrected them. Funny thing is, if we leave immigration will have to increasingly come more from non white countries, which will pîśs the gammons off even more. Because they wouldn’t have really noticed all the foreign white Europeans coming in before (until they heard an acccent)

This country relies a lot on immigration (as do many others). That will not chance for the foreseeable future. Whatever happens with Brexit, immigrantion will not noticeably come down. It’ll just come from a different source. So voting out just on immigration was fecking stupid

" I was always amazed the interviewer never corrected them."

One of the biggest problems with Brexit. An uninformed press publishing the views of a largely uninformed populace.
