Away from the consensus view that Mourinho needs to go and that the club requires some serious top-down restructuring, there's the on-field personnel question...
We need signings in key areas. Sticking strictly to the PL, which players do you think we should be looking at? I appreciate that the question is a little vague without being able to consider a player within the context of a new manager's playing style, but there are surely some players that would fit into virtually any side.
Personally I think we should seriously be considering Zaha. We missed a trick by not going for Mahrez or Mane before him, and we're crying out for some quality on the right wing. Zaha can play across the front three and has improved massively as a player. He's added end product to his game, is exciting to watch and seems to have matured well. Surely he's due a chance on a bigger stage...?
Another talent is Ruben Neves. He looks an excellent young player.

Not sure Zaha is cut out to play at a higher level where he is just another player. He’s suited to Palace where he’s also settled. If he is gonna try to take the step up again it’ll be to a London club, do t see him moving away from London.

Having been to every game this season it’s obvious the problem areas are our right side (full back and lack of any sort of natural wide right player) and a composed CM who can pass.
Neves
Coleman
Zaha
Any of those would improve us.
To go: any of our cms bar pogba and pereira. Any of our defenders bar Shaw. Sanchez.

Sessengnon should have been signed and sent back to Fulham for a year.
Zaha is twice the player Mata, Sanchez, Lingard is now. Let's be honest to ourselves.

I'd like Dalot to be given time, so I'd go for Toby as his contract is up and if Spurs do extend, he'd be available at a knock down price.
Peyreya and Neves should be signed.
A right wing forward would help. Zaha is very good now but his Mentality is in question. He might be worth the risk and we do have a clause when e sold Zaha back to Palace.
Sessengnon of Fulham should be bought. He'll be a top talent. May end up like Bale.

CB/DM - Dendoncker, amazed he went to Wolves
CM - Neves
DM - Kante I've a suspicion Sarri would let him go
RB - Erik Durm, good age, can cover RB or LB and has ability. Ideal Darmian replacement assuming Dalot gets the starting slot.
AM - Maddison, surely we could swap Lingard/Mata in for this chap.Very composed player.

Troare can't break into the wolves side, he's a mess of a footballer, he is rapid though.
