Another European win for the Hoops, that’s now 3 victories from 5 games in our Europa group, credit to the players and management because that’s a great feat considering the group we have.

I thought we were excellent in the first half, we cut them open with ease and but for a better final pass or finish, we would have been 3 or 4 up at half time.

In the end it was 1 and it was what we’ve come to expect from James Forrest, a real talisman just now. He skins the centre half so easily and then has the quality to pick out a man with a lovely cross and Sinclair does well to head it in.

I actually thought that was Sinclair’s best game for a while, he used the ball well and attacked at the right times.

2nd half got a wee bit nervy due to us not killing the game off but I can forgive the players for that as the job is done. I don’t even think Rosenborg had a shot on target?

Few standouts, KT, Boyata and Benkovic all terrific. Rogic put in a shift but it wasn’t coming off for him 2nd half at all, thought he should have been taken off.

I’m not sure who was worse between Edouard and griffiths, both gave good shouts for not starting on Sunday

Anyway, here we are, heading into another cup final on Sunday knowing we are 1 point away from qualifying for the Europa League last 32
