Is not just delaying this as long as possible so that he doesn't need to offer until after the loans have been turned to equity which would then make it impossible for the majority to accept the offer?

If so then he is doing pretty well at dragging it out

He has to offer out the 20p per share regardless of how many would be out there after loans to equity swap.

Share issue will dilute the values too so 20p might look even more attractive no?

Very true. In fact not sure now how this wins for him...

I think it was always a struggle to get to the limit required for the mandatory offer to kick in. With the share dilution then he’s probably made it nigh on impossible.

Don’t disagree though that 20p per share might tempt some of the more institutional investors.

I don’t see any way he wins. I’m no lawyer but it’s just delaying tactics hoping that maybe eventually the share price will rise as they progress and then whilst he raises the money there’s less chance of a take up.

End of January is very close for that to happen now. Think it’s coming to a conclusion.

Sadly, I only started the day with two fooks and have already used them up, and tomorrow isn't looking any brighter either
