cannot wait. Spurs I reckon will win 3-1, better goalie, better defenders, better midfielders, better striker. All points to a win. Yes, I know it doesn`t always work out like that, but pretty confident, if the truth be told, of a Spurs win. With City winning yesterday, important Spurs match them. Need to go head to head results wise with City minimum next month or so. Come January/February, can see the title race being reduced to two teams, Spurs and City with the way the fixtures are now going to fall.
Lots of home games to really rack up the points after today. Eight home games (even if they are at Wembley) up until early February, should give Spurs a massive advantage. Good they have got nearly half of the away fixtures out of the way early December.
Injuries seem to be clearing up to all the key players, Verts, Eriksen and Dele all back, other clubs will have their injuries to deal with as the season progresses, will they be able to handle it as good as Spurs have?
Anyway here is hoping for a good clean game today, no cheating, diving, poor ref decisions, although that may be a bit pie in the sky to expect none of those things to happen. Whatever happens today, Spurs will be going again very quickly against Southampton at Wembley midweek, a chance for another three points in the title quest.

Have Arsenal beaten one decent team this season? Not convinced by them at all I’ll be really disappointed if we don’t beat them, even with our dodgy record there.

I didn`t watch any last season, other than Spurs, but have watched a bit this season. So not really sure of your point. I didn`t watch the Chelsea v Arsenal game because I was at Wembley on my way home from the Fulham game, but did watch the highlights. Chelsea deserved their win.

You lot are not THAT superior to us. I don't understand why you think Spurs are some elite team, nothing shows that over the years. You have good team but nothing special,have finished in the top 4 a few times
, folded when it really matters etc. We're the worse we have been for 20 yrs, and still aren't too far from catching this super spurs side.
