7 trophies in a row, phenomenal stuff.
Not a class match to watch yesterday and with a referee totally clueless as to how to officiate a game it was a tough watch at times.
However, the history books will have it down as our 7th trophy in a row.
We have now won 22 consecutive cup games, scoring 70 and conceding just 7 ridiculous stats.
I thought we started the game like a team who played on Thursday, looked very leggy and McGregor would have been better sticking on an Aberdeen jersey with the amount of times he found them with a pass
We still created the better of the chances but it was eachy peachy. Thankfully we had a match winner in Christie, his first touch btw, delightful, unlucky with the first shot but finishes very well with the 2nd.
Aberdeen’s only real chance 2nd half came from our audacious attempt at an own goal
Good atmosphere yesterday but the whole Aberdeen section with their p3ado garbage then their fan running onto the pitch to be skinned by Benkovic then get leathered aff 4 coppers
Had that been one of the OF them it’d be in the paper for days with police chiefs telling us all to behave, morons.
Now firm focus on 2 league games this week and 2 wins are needed. We’ve had a terrific 2 months or so, keep it going.
One final point, anyone any idea who the player is that Rodgers flew out of Glasgow Airport last night to go visit? Said he’s holding talks with the player this morning, hopefully a right back

Mags, probably even more mental that we didn't lose a domestic game in his first season.
I'm not sure how many games we've lost under him actually, maybe 15-20?
