Back to business tomorrow fellas

chance to jump back into our customary top four position of the past few years. Seems to have been a bit of an overreaction from the Arsenal fans over the weekend that North London belongs to them again after one victory. Very annoyingly their supporters are all giving it large, small club mentality, when they can finish above us after 38 games, then is the time to give it the big one. Spurs are still currently in the CL, and Arsenal are still in the Thursday night cup. Let them have their day in the sun, come Wednesday, they will in all proability back in their proper place, out of the top four again.

Spurs will be there or thereabouts at the end of the season again, one poor performance will not change that. Once the injuries and suspensions finally clear up then Spurs will really start flying. Expecting a healthy win tomorrow night, even with key players still missing.

Need to target the FA Cup this year as well, decent draw to start with, should progress. The season now kicks on from hereonin.

Spurs ain’t signing anyone in Jan mate. To little to late for me. Should of done good business in the summer and we wouldn’t of had this problem of fatigue and problems with injuries, as we would have the required in depth quality to cope.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
100% agree, If we do it will just be another attacking wide player who goes missing 70% of the time who we don't need/ use.... Moura mk2..... My money would be on Malcolm sadly
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Moura mark two? Bit uncalled for, he's had a solid if unspectacular season. Most of you lot would've taken two wins out of Inter, Chelsea and Arsenal, and now you're all depressed again.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not Really Mate...... Id have mailed in the Inter game to have been fresh & beaten Arsenal. As for Moura..... eehhh, totally indifferent, He's OK. Wouldn't be bothered if we sold him in Jan. Don't think we are any better with him in the team. TBH Kane plays too deep when he plays. Everything about this Spurs team has regressed slightly vs 2 years ago because we have failed to properly replace the attacking threat that was Walker & Rose..... They provided the width & pace and gave all the other guys room to play in the space & the Likes to Dier the ability to do what he does best and drop back to make a 3. The Likes of sissoko, lamela, Moura coming into the team does nothing. We haven't really gone anywhere.... We still beat the dross and lose to our peers. Sure we have our days when we light it up but its usually when the likes of a Chelsea (Last week) Madrid (last season) have an off day or when Arsenal (Wenger's last season) United (Jose) are having a shocker. Can't really get too excited about beating saints tomorrow when we'll get pumped at Arsenal, Anfield or City and will balls up an FA cup run etc coz Poch still thinks we're gonna win the CL
----------------------------------------------------------------------

So when we beat Chelsea / Madrid / Utd its because theyve had an off day.

When we get beaten by our peers it's full scale meltdown

Our record against the top six is actually OK over the last few seasons, we don’t always lose to our peers.

Indeed. In general we just need to do slightly better away from home. We have dreadful records at the top 4.

Most clubs do to be fair. Only City last two or three years have won at the big six grounds regularly.

Makes me laugh, other teams lose and it is an offday. Spurs lose and the whole club, manager, squad need overhauling.

Fingers crossed for 3 points and United to turn up for once, and we will be back above the Goonz where we belong.
