Body builders being doing this for years not using silicone however, they use synthol.
It's only relevant now when its gay community or trans and gets airtime.
Media just love labelling people.
For eg when u hear on the news... 'a Muslim man was attacked....' no a man was attacked, doesn't matter what faith he was u never hear 'a Christian man was attacked'
