and lets face it at 28 money will be his priority in his next club. If he can get into the Belgian squad playing in Scotland I dont think what league he is playing in will bother him much will be all about how offers the most wages

Probably sherbert, and his next move if he is careful with his money is his set up for life move.

yeah defo... not sure what I would prefer .. if he goes in crimbo it weakens your team a decent bit but gives money to replace him.

Think we'll get decent cash for Boyata..?

We have money anyway for a replacement and even if we get a reduced fee in January of around 2-3m it should be fine for the market we buy in £2-£4m tops.
Saw an article 2 days ago saying we are getting almost €1.2m from the world cup fund for players representing their country at the finals, so all helps keeping the cash coming in.

If he goes to England in January, we will get a very good fee. That is the window that clubs are getting desperate and if needing to shore up a defence, they will pay. They have way more to lose with relegation than worry about forking out a couple of millions more on Boyata. January is very much a seller`s market, even if the player wants away.

Will depend on what he does. In the past we have seen players across the UK sign a pre-contract in January and then there is a bit of poker played out and he ends up going to said club before the window shuts for a fee of some kind. If he plays that kind of game we won't be getting anything substantial.
