..we have all the tools needed to, to win the title!
From the gk right through the team we have everything needed to clinch trophies, I have been watching specific players in our last few games and it occurred to me how much we really have in the squad.
Heres a few examples:
Alisson....hes more than a gk for me, not only a very gk but excellent with his feet and hes very quick in thought, it was his run to pass to TAA for the Merseyside goal from origi. Vs burnley he leapt to keep the ball in, ran and threw the ball to salah, 2 passes later we had the ball in the net.
TAA...a top RB but also his attacking insict is superb, many times he fizzes the ball into the attackers feet, quick incisive play that has led to goals for us, plus his fks have led to goals and assists, a great combination.
VVD...I dont really need to say anything, defending, attacking, leading...the guy is a colossus and whatever we paid for him is daylight robbery!
Gomez...another defender that does so much more than defend, brings the ball out of play and sets attacks up with consummate ease, reminds me of Hansen at his best: also now has a huge throw added to the armoury.
Fabinho/Keita....mf that can do everything, not just DM but play the ball "through the lines", fabinho ball to Robertson for the 3rd vs Bournemouth is typical, keita also does this but can drive and dribble too.

I could list others but I think we pretty much know all about our attack etc, its the little additions like those I mentioned above that can turn a draw (everton for example) into a win, and when you add it all up you give yourself a shot at winning trophies.
We may or may not win the title but..

Spurs are in the race still. We're a better team and better positioned but 6 points isn't a massive gap.

who is in or out of the race really is more about city than the other teams. does anyone think city will lose 3 or 4 games this year. liverpool are actually ahead at this stage which is a remarkable feat. but i get the feeling that they have to be almost perfect the rest of the way to win it.
spurs with 4 loses already are probably out of it.

Mont...not s sure. We can beat them at the etihad for sure and u always get a suprise like city dropping points vs wolves.
People go overboard about city as per, the reality is they aint top....and we beat them 3 out of 4 times last season so no reason y we cant neat them again.
They are no super team to me. Walker, stones and otemendi are worse players than ours and our front 3 is better as a unit than theirs. Mf they have more creativity but we are more solid.
Squad depth....well, there is only 1 team undefeated

Agreed, for the first time you can truthfully say we have a complete team. Not one with the depth of squad that Man C have so we are very reliant on the lack of injuries.

Disagree about Liverpool being a better team, that will only be decided after 38 games, Going by the last half a dozen years, that would probably be Spurs again.

This coming from the person who thinks Spurs might win it. We are much better equipped than any other team to challenge City.
