It’s still not ready, and we’re all very frustrated.

It is such a tough chapter. Possibly having to sell your best players. Always rebuilding the team. Missing out on home advantage.
Do you pray?

What are you going on about? Why would we need to sell our best players?

Arsenal moving to the Emirates.
It is the benchmark for all stadium moves.
-------
what a ridiculous statement
======
Spurs trophy record and PL finishes will mirror that of Arsenal (at the same time) for a few years with the financial restrictions and upheaval.
Annoying but true.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Possibly but I believe Poch is slightly more ambitious than Wenger was during that time, which I suppose might mean he'll leave if he's not winning stuff.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
and wenger had already won stuff before that period. so i really dont get the comparison at all to be honest

Stranglers. let me tell you how it is buddy. Arsenal made a stadium move, and built what admittedly I a nice building, but is an awful football stadium, devoid of atmosphere, with the excpeiotn of your cup final game, spurs at home. and you are stuck with it for the next 100 years.
what we have done at spurs, is looked at your example, and quite simply built a much much better and bigger version, suited to football, designed for atmosphere, which will help us bed in
thanks for your concern though

Even though I cant stand him, Allardyce made an interesting point on Talk Shlte this am. If he was Poch he would at this point want the whole move to just be done in the summer. As much as we as fans don't like Wembley, The players (other than Rose) haven't really complained. His point was that there's always an adjustment period to new surroundings for players. We saw it with us at Wembley, West, Ham, Arsenal his Bolton team had it with new stadiums. With Things being as tight as they are at the top and players being creatures of habit, moving at the business end of the season and expecting to adjust straight away might not be as easy as we all think. We have a great record at Wembley. Despite the costs, this might be the year to focus on the team and continuity. Interesting/different view ?????

Ultimately if we don't win trophies we will sell our best players, and did so with Walker already. We'll just have to make sure that we do win things to keep them and the manager happy.
