Man City and Liverpool have locked up the top two slots. That leaves two from three.
Two from Arsenal (22),Chelsea, Tottenham.
Injuries and suspensions will play their part. January reinforcements will be huge. Cup runs especially the value of winning the Europa will be decisive.
Going deep in the FA Cup will probably go against the chances of making it. Very close run race coming up.

I think it's changed a bit now with the advent of City and Chelsea. Two big clubs will miss out every season so it seems more of an achievement now if that makes sense.

Top four is a fair bit more competitive now but at times Arsenal finishing top four was still a decent achievement.
