I expect Aaron Lennon will get a decent reception tomorrow and rightly so

I imagine he will be happier going up against Davies, as opposed to rose.

I don’t see Burnley causing to many problems they look and play like a championship club. However we are spurs and after the highs of Barcelona. I’m sure there will be a few scary moments.

Why on earth do we not play Rose and Alderwiereld?
Rose put in one hell of a shift against barca, and Toby is always a stand out in the center, and Vertonghen plays much better when he knows he has Toby to rely upon.
Also Toby is a threat on corners in their area.

Yeah, I know, but I think Kane does a bit too much and needs to be rested now & then. we could start with Lamela, son and Moura and Kane on the bench. See what the score is at the half.
We sure as hell do not want to lose Kane to injury when the knock out rounds of the European are about to start.
Levy ain't going for a real Kane back-up in January.

Ted the knockout rounds for champions league is months away mate. Start with our strongest team and sub players accordingly if we can.

For once I agree with Chronic I want to see a full strength side play in the cup but I dont think I am going to somehow
