Captaincy stress

Looking at this Kohli's photo https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DDfgKu5UMAAHHI2.jpg:large , couldn't help notice all those white hair and he is only 30.
Though there is no science behind if stress really cause premature graying of hair, can anyone confirm from their personal experience whether having stress/worries makes you go white early?

Most of the greying hair instances you see will be primarily due to Mendelian inheritance, so the simplest way to ascertain whether Kohli is going grey from stress or not would be to look at pictures of his male ancestors on both sides of his family tree taken at a similar age.

Greying due to genetic factors often occurs around 30 so it is by no means unusual to see a 30 year old getting the salt and pepper look.

There is actually some research linking stress to greying hair.

Think stress leads more to baldness and seeing your pics you have had a hard life

Kash, the reason I asked is because I’ve got literally a few grey hairs (full set of hair) and no sign of baldness whatsoever... know some guys in their early 30s who have greyed out completely.

You still at your uncles corner apna store? Weren’t you the Cheif shelf stacker?? ... bet you’ve been promoted to the CEO of the broom. Must be stressful

Actually, baldness is also mostly caused by genetics, not stress. There are instances where stress can be the cause but generally it's hereditary.

Excessively high testosterone levels is one of the factors that leads to hair loss. So a good retort for those going bald, just say you're just so much more manly than other guys.

Too much stress is very negative, person really forgets purpose of life, its ironic that in technological age, great % of people are under stress/depression. Imo, its attributable to the fact that we are leading our lives whch deviates a lot from life at villages which is near to natural way of life.
