Surely Bamford needs the fitness and therefore gets the start, why play him out of position?

Young. He's one for the future.

Players have to be 100% to please MB. Bamford said he thought he was fit until he got to Leeds. Big wake up call under Bielsa.

I think Tyler has been hard done by personally.... without his goals in those few games when Roofe Pablo were also out he got us some crucial points.. not saying he should start but really can’t see where he’s gone wrong.

Don’t buy this he’s one for the future echos either... he’s shown us his potential as has Clarke... should be getting more opportunities

Thank him for his service and allow him to develop. Not helping him at all by forcing him into the team if he doesn't fit. Same thing that we did with White and Mowatt. Allow him to develop at his own pace.

What possible role could he have played?

Roofe is fit so starts, Bamford is quality so when fit may even challenge Roofe.

Other than playing him out of position, what do you propose?

He's not hard done at all.

Got his chance. did well. But not as well as Roofe.

He's been injured and unable to play in U23's for a bit.

Bamford cam e on at the weekend and scored the winner. He's also a better player than Roberts at the moment.

Roberst will get another chance when the opportunity is there

His best chance may be on the wing.

He’s third choice striker.

A good one at that.
