Doesn’t make for pretty reading does it? After the club’s spending of £112.5m in the summer I’m sure the Fulham fans were expecting far more than this.

Wolves go into this match after a home game against the league leaders on Friday evening. Despite putting on a brave performance, the hosts were inevitably beaten 2-0 with Liverpool extending their run of wins to 18 from 18.
The last time these two clubs met was also at Craven Cottage, in February this year when Fulham ran out 2-0 winners thereby avenging their defeat at Molineux earlier in the season, also a 2-0 score line.
Nuno will be expecting a positive performance from his players for this game and if they put in the same kind of performance as they did on Friday, the team will be travelling back to the midlands with all 3 points. If, however, they play as they did against Fulham’s fellow strugglers Huddersfield and Cardiff, there will be no Boxing Day celebrations for the Wolves fans.

Gem’s prediction: 0-2

Been great seeing some of the best players in Europe at Molineux this season, with Salah the most impressive to me so far. Some of the best, but unfortunately not the best. Season stats in Europe’s top leagues so far this season,

Most goals - Messi
Most assists - Messi
Most dribbles - Messi
Most chances created - Messi
Most free kicks scored - Messi
Most key passes - Messi
Most goals from outside the box - Messi

Pfft. I doubt he’s any good as a goalkeeper.

Hasn’t he also missed some games with a broken arm ?

Only a marginally better strike rate than Cavaleiro

Reckon he'd fit in to our line up quite nicely, Thelwell needs to get his finger out and get the bloody deal done.

Interesting afternoon yesterday with the family and the evertonian lady friend. Kids learnt some new words, and actually so did I !

Still a possibility that they will finish above us but for now at least I can enjoy christmas with a smug grin on me chops.

Yes good to be in the top half at Xmas. If this position is where we end up in May I’d be more than happy.

Looks like we will be competing with Watford, Bournemouth, Everton, Leicester and West Ham for a position somewhere between 7th and 12th. And even 12th would be our best ever finish in the Premier League

Yes very tight around the middle (much like my shirts at this time of year). Will be interesting to see how long the OGS bounce effect lasts for United too, I can see them still being in that mix too.

Morning peeps, hope you and yours all had a lovely Christmas day.

Bit of a score to settle today, last time we were at the cottage we were second best by no small margin. Different stage and different recent fortunes for the two clubs now but a match that still worries me. We should go there and win but I'd rip your hand off for a point right now.
