Great win yesterday, and what a coincidence that we won 2-6 on Poch's 26th anniversary! Mrs Poch must have been over the moon with this, what more could she have wanted as a present?
However, given I'm working this morning and it's pretty quiet in the office, the private investigator in me decided to look into this a little deeper. Because how could Poch, with his youthful good looks, have been married for so long? A simple Google search tells me that his wife is a Mrs Karina Pochettino... married to Mr Poch in 1994. Hold on a second... 1994?!
So while the media is in a frenzy about us winning 2-6 on his 26th anniversary, it seems that our great coach may not be quite as good at maths as he is at football! Or had he just forgotten to buy her a present and so hoped he'd get away with telling her that it was their 26th rather than 24th anniversary? Maybe if we win 3-0 this time next year he'll say it's their 30th...
Anyway who cares, we love you Poch COYS!!
