No doubt, we are privileged to have Aubameyang, but not putting away his chances when clean on goal is costing us. Most notably, his miss against Chelsea to level the game after which Morata made it 2-0 will be the most vivid in recent history.
Granted, he is the most prolific we’ve got, but he’s not as clinical as we need our main man to be. Perhaps the reason Lacazette is favored up top when both play together.
He had another glorious chance yesterday that he couldn’t dispatch, and while we can point to the heroics of the goalie, missing such chances can’t be forgiven if we are to compete at the highest level.

Wow. Is this a wind up thread? Be thankful that Aubameyang is scoring even when our build up play is disjointed and relatively poor. Just like it has been for the last 3 seasons.

Literally every other part of your team is more concerning than him. He's always scored goals and will continue to do so. Perhaps create more chances for him

By definition, every player could improve. No-one is perfect. And I’ve certainly not said he’s faultless.
But raising awareness on something like this masks the real issues we have.
He shouldn’t be singled out as a problem. Our goal scoring record this season certainly isn’t a problem.
Other players need to fulfill their responsibilities in their roles and they haven’t been.

Was going to create an article about him.He was unlucky yesterday but his performances have been good in the last 3-4 games.

He's a seriously good player, wish we'd bought him sooner.
I said at the beginning of the season that you can't move him out wide to accommodate Laca. You need to play to your best players strengths
Lacazette is a top striker in his own right so you either play both or one and YOU SIGN A FACKING WINGER (or two) rather than shunting one of them out wide
