Reeps analysis wasn't wrong imo, but the practical implementation was wrong by so many and possibly including Reep. And you need to be more rounded

Moving the ball quickly and accurately upfield and using pacy players to do so is not at all a bad tactic. It is just that if it is your only tactic, you end up a non-beautiful game team.

The art of getting the ball back from the opposition closer to their goal enhances your opportunities for scoring within 3 passes and without the opposition having time to recover. The art of the fast break against a team that has pushed up against you is not hoof ball but speed and precision and desire.

The whole interpretation was wrong, but being a single string player is also wrong
