Opinion seems to suggest Celtic held back money from BR....but as you suggest, it depends who you purchase.

SG has good contacts.

How much money does Rodgers need exactly. They spent the same or more than us in the summer. He's spent big money in every transfer window since he came ffs. Just now for once he's actually got some competition. His transfer record is shocking and was shocking at Liverpool also. At Liverpool the team got progressively worse with his signings.

You could argue he took on the championship winning team from Deila playing against zero competition from us in Warbs and went undefeated. Hardly difficult when Hibs (just up), Hearts (were out the league), Killie nowhere. Aberdeen the only competition. Then last season we had Pedro, Hearts (Just back up) and Hibs building again as were Killie.

This year is the first time Us, Hibs, Hearts, Killie have all got a lot stronger and Brendan isn't doing so well. It's certainly an arguable point at least.
