Stan Kroenke OUT!

I expect there to be a plethora of articles to come that will rip Arsenal apart for that dismal showing. Some may blame the defence and individuals in that line up. Some will blame the toothless attack that couldn't fashion chances of any note. Some will blame the ref for giving two soft penalties. Some will blame Mo Salah for diving (again). Some will blame the manager Unai Emery for his tactics but I blame Stan Kroenke.

Stan Kroenke, only invested a measly £70m over the summer to an already underperforming shot side. Unai Emery has practically over achieved with the squad at his availability to be where he is at the moment. It is safe to say that if adequate investment is not forthcoming, we as Arsenal fans need to readjust our ambitions/focus because we will amount to nothing more than a mid table team....at best.

I think last season showed with all the empty seats towards the end of the season showed the fans won't tolerate it anymore. Wenger would still be here if it wasn't for the mass of empty seats at the Emirates.

Ultimately, Kroenke got rid of Wenger because he was threatening his cash cow. He could see that the fans weren't having it anymore so he had to act to protect his investment. He obviously has no affection for Arsenal otherwise he'd attend matches and put his money where his mouth is.

If fans stop turning up again that will damage his investment especially with sponsors it's in his interests for the club to be competitive. Empty seats doesn't look good especially on TV.

At the time, Wenger getting the bullet was the least of the fan's demands. Once it was done however, some faith was restored in supporters. The appointment of Unai Emery and the failure to properly back him points to darker times ahead. Mark my words, if Emery doesn't have sufficient funds to invest in improving our squad during the January transfer window, we will not either win anything or make top four.

The other sports teams Kronke owns have (from what I have been told) gone from being title challengers to bottom of the table teams.

You think we will stay mid-table? Thats only the start of it.

How is your defensive line Kronke's fault?

Fans forget that Kroenke sanctioned £100,000,000 on two strikers last season alone.

I’m not his biggest fan, just another rich guy and I’d prefer it if fans owned clubs, but as owners go he isn’t terrible. Took a little pocket cash out, doesn’t get too involved personally, but sanctions buys and let’s the manager and club deal with things.

Thinking practically, you wouldn’t give a new manager, replacing Wenger, an blank cheque in his first season. You would want to see how things pan out, what players should go to either fit the new manager or run down contracts. Too many variables and it could have been disasterous... ala United with each new manager bringing new players and ending up with Frankenstein of a team.

I think this time around mislintat, Sanllehi and the coach have shoulder the blame. The defense has been hit hard but that happens, who they bought in should be doing better. Some of Emery’s lineups/ decisions have been odd as of late as well.
