Where do you expect him to get £200m from? Your wages and transfer budget are in line with your revenues.
Emery is getting rid of two of your better players in Ozil and Ramsey. Shouldn't he be doing a better job of getting the best out of them?

Ok its never gonna happen but Arsenal need a commanding defender on the level of VVD or someone who is better than Mustafi Sokratis etc
