Saiz replacement

Hang on a mo, it wasn't so long ago you were all saying Siaz was our best player. Now he was a reserve, how fickle some are

AND we do not need a keeper & will not be getting a replacement for BPF this season.

Isnt Clarke the impact sub these days. I myself would prefer him to Siaz any day.

Hayemaker - I take your point; but I think we're actually agreed here. The attacking requirement is for a reserve Pablo, not a replacement for Saiz - something I said in my post.

For the last couple of months, Saiz's role has been largely restricted to impact sub.

So if the article is about a replacement impact sub, then we've already found one that already offers more and significantly more potential in my view.

We need more quality in the final third. Either a playmaker or a dangerous winger. Void left by Saiz needs filling. We need a starting player, not an impact sub.

Desperately need a keeper too. BPF isn’t auto material but that’s a separate argument.

I like Saiz. However, he didn't leave a void in my mind.
When the squad's fully fit, he wasn't getting ahead of KP, Klich, Pabs, and even Forshaw (when not playing like an opposition player).

Spit was one of my favourite players the way he carried the ball was like no other in our team.

This feeling has softened slightly with the emergence of Clarke BUT Saiz is wonderfully gifted and we need a replacement for him.

Clarke and Saiz are completely different, the way Clarke creates is completely different.

We need

GK, AM as a priority.

CB depending on Cooper timeline.

Surprised Bielsa doesn’t trust Halme as I thought he made a very impressive debut against Bristol City.

So, Pontus, after the man you were marking scored the third goal for Florist, do you think we need a new goalkeeper?
