Apparently Bournemouth have confirmed that Jermain Defoe can leave the club. With Defoe seeking more playing opportunities.
Would anybody take him back at Spurs, even on a short term deal or loan?
What with Llorente and Janssen having been an unmitigated waste of money and even less use than an injured Grzegorz Rasiak.
He knows the club, loves the Spurs and would put plenty of effort in. He should still score goals with the amount of chances we would create for him.
Could be a short term fix and welcome squad boost, unlikely he is quite finished just yet.
Yay or nay?
Jermain Defoe

West Ham like signing players on their last legs. Wouldn’t surprise me the Prnbarons offered him a lucrative £100,000 a week deal.

A few years ago maybe. Now he's too old and past it, and what message does it send that we'd be going after a 36 year old who Bournemouth let go of?

Going to Glasgow Rangers on loan.
That’s a quality move for him, hope he does well for em.
